RACETECH GOLD VALVE FORK EMULATORS
Damping rod forks are notorious for being both too harsh yet too easy to
bottom out. This is the nature of damping rod fixed orifice forks. In the
past all that could be done to improve these forks was to change the spring
rate, oil viscosity or damping hole size, until now.
Cartridge Emulators make damping rod style forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. These tunable valves sit on top of the damping rods and are held in place by the main springs. This makes them both simple to install without costly modifications and completely tunable for all conditions and rider preferences.
As used by us to win 4 Bemsee Minitwin Championships. No expensive and fiddly cartridge conversions needed. These are simple and work!.
Also suitable for road use to give your bike the front end feel it should have.
This kit can be supplied, fitted and setup by us to either loose forks or on the bike.
We can also supply just the valve kit only.
